Half-day / full-day workshops
Want to start outdoor lessons with your students but are lacking ideas and structure? Our hands-on workshops will give you two in one. Firstly, you get to dive into Lappish culture and Arctic skills from educators perspective. Secondly, we will equip you with the most essential tools and methods that you need to start with outdoor learning or develop your existing practices.
Experience
We believe that the best way to learn is through experience. That’s why you get to experience outdoor learning activities from student’s role. These workshops culminate in a “What do you take with you” reflection session facilitated by our trainer. During reflection session you will also be given concrete tools to get started with nature pedagogy and of course we’ll share you some tips for ‘must to have materials for outdoor learning’.
This experience is designed to be recreational and we make sure you go back recharged and many new ideas in your pocket. Our outdoor learning trainers are all teachers; we warmly welcome you to our learner-centred workshops.
Want to add a school visit or other activities to your workshop day? We are happy to help you out.
